Ingredients :
250gm Paneer
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger chopped
1 tbsp Garlic chopped
1 tbsp Spring onion chopped
1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
2 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Chilli sauce
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1-2 Chillies
1 Onion, cubed
½ cup Bell peppers, cubed
5-6 Red chillies
½ cup Water
1 tbsp Cornflour slurry
Few peanuts
Method :
· In a pan, put some oil & grill the paneer from both sides till its nicely reddish brown. Keep it aside.
· In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, spring onion, onion, bell peppers, red chilli & sauté everything until light brown.
· Add in the sauces along with water. Give it a boil.
· Add cornflour slurry. Cook till it thickens up a till bit & it’s nice & saucy.
· Add the paneer & give it another boil till it thickens up.
· Garnish it with some peanuts & it’s ready.
