Organic Lifestyle Is About Building Habit

When we think about leading a heart-healthy life along with sustainability, the first thing that comes to mind is healthy eating. Adopting organic food habits is a trend that the whole world is embracing at a fast pace. Most people in India settle for whatever life gives them, and then they make excuses for why they can't achieve what they aspire. Suggested schedule for the day to build habits (considering the time average person starts the day)

Early morning exercise at 8 AM The moment we open our eyes, we see our smartphones. Instead of killing time, kill some calories.

Daily 30 minutes if we can go out and do some exercise/games/Surya namaskar/yoga - we enjoy the sunrise, which will refresh us.

Morning Breakfast at 10 AM If you start the day out right, you tend to eat better overall and keeps you energized all day long. Tired of the same bowl of cornflakes and poha?

This meal should sustain you for hours as it is the right combo of nutrients needed for the body.   Evening snack at 5 PM Does healthy eating mean uninteresting food? Not really. An organic lifestyle can have healthy snacks. They are both yummy and good-looking.  

Dinner at 8 PM Early dinners are always preferred to give time to your body to digest the food. A healthy lifestyle and nutritional habits do not necessarily be whole wheat flour and only fruits and vegetables. Well, healthy pasta and noodles can be cooked and loaded with your choice of exotic vegetables to satisfy your taste buds.   No specific time A minimum of 1 hour of quality time and a maximum unlimited with your family and friends will keep you in good spirits. They care and help you grow.

Night at 9 PM Spend some time doing what you love. It might be reading a book, learning a new skill which you like or visiting a temple, etc. If you can't spend time daily, at least do it on weekends. This will give you joy and content.  

Sleep at 11 PM Getting enough sleep is linked with better mood, concentration, memory, and more. Don't skimp on sleep.
