A very popular snack found in most Indian bakeries, this delicious treat pairs perfectly with your evening Tea.
Ingredients :
- Maida - 1 cup
- Besan - 1/2 cup
- Suji – 2½ tbsp
- Sugar – ½ powdered
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Cardamon powder – 1 pinch
- Ghee – ½ cup
- Almonds / Pishachios – finely chopped
- Baking powder – ½ tsp
Method :
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add melted ghee & make a small dough. Then make small flat balls & put the finely chopped dry fruits on the top of each piece.
- Preheat the airfryer at 180C for 5mins. Put the parchment paper on the baking tray.
- Put the flat balls on the tray.
- Bake at 160C for 10mins.
- Let it cool down for sometime.
